Joe Symes & The Loving Kind never disappoint when it comes to the new indie scene. Here we have two exclusive premieres for their new songs “You’re No Friends Of Mine” and “You’re Not Coming Back Tomorrow”.

With “You’re No Friends Of Mine” we get a sense of their softer side. A bit of retro soft actually. Which is a welcome change to the cookie-cutter ballads that are out there at the moment. The track pays homage to the recording techniques of the time actually, with mellotron, mini moogs, and Leslie pedal guitars abound. An all neatly and seamlessly packaged in a song worthy of any future classic collection!

“You’re Not Coming Back Tomorrow” is more of a contemporary music piece with subtle chord progressions and soothing melodies with a steady backbeat and soft rhythm.

These two new tracks further solidify Joe Symes, Colin White, and Stefan Bujak as young elder statesmen of true music. Well done!
